Work Scope

Plumbing, Electrical (NIC/EIC), Carpentry, Roofing, Decorating, Building, Fencing, Flooring, Blacksmith & welding, Drainage Services and repairs (Pressure Jetting and CCTV) as required to address:

Fire, Flood, Health, Safety & Security issues
Day to day replacement and making good of buildings and building services
Temporary works (generally for security reasons)
Measure Term (NSR) & Term Maintenance for reactive maintenance

Reporting

Through utilisation of our CAFM system our clients are able to receive real time information about expected site arrival times, on-site task status and job closure procedures upon completion of the work.

Our Services

Building

With all building work it is essential to use the right materials for the job. For example when a lime based mortar should be used instead of a cement based one and vice versa. We have experience working with all major building products and construction methods such and beam and block through to dressed and random stone. Holding credit accounts with all the major building suppliers, whether the repair or new build requirement be plastering, ceramic or stone tiling, wet or dry cast render, walls, paving, or hardstandings we have the expertise to meet our clients' needs.

Decorating

Skilled application of decorative finishes completes and changes the character of any job. With our in house decorating team we are capable of undertaking projects throughout all the regions in which we work. From taping and filling right through to applying the multitude of internal and external finishes on the market, coupled with our in house airless spray plant, we have the capabilities of meeting any of our clients' requirements.

Drainage

A critical component of every building, we carry out a large amount of drainage works for our client base. From minor repairs through to installation of new above and below ground drainage systems we have experience of all types of drainage works. With our own in house CCTV and High Pressure Water Jetting Equipment, as well as being members of the Water Jetting Association our clients can be assured of a competent and quality service.

Electrical

As an NICEIC approved electrical contractor enrolled for over 20 years, our customers can rest assured in the knowledge that their needs are being met by fully qualified tradespersons. We undertake all aspects of electrical works including fault finding and repair through to full new installation and re-wire, as well as all legislative compliance work.

Flooring

Along with decoration, floor coverings turn a building site into a hospitable environment. When it comes to floor coverings preparation is critical whether it be repair or replacement. With experience in the installation of carpet sheet or tile, vinyl sheet or tile, and timber materials we offer a full service for any flooring needs.

Glazing

Available 24-7 our capable team is on hand to respond to the glazing needs of our clients. Board ups, emergency film repairs, glass replacement, solar and privacy film application are all within our general remit. With the wide varaity and ever changing number of glazing products and finishes on the market it is important to build and retain relationships with suppliers. Joinery

From their mobile workshops our joiners are capable of undertaking the smallest emergency lock repair through to structural timber replacement. Carrying a range of stock and plant we aim to achieve a first time fix wherever possible.
