Atlas is a family owned and managed business. We have been providing minor works building and building services projects for more than 30 years and have vast experience in this part of the built environment. Typical projects range from enhanced replacement or improvement works through to full refurbishments whereby we create new standards within an existing building.
We deal with some of the biggest names in the business and as can be seen from the various professional organisations of which we are fully audited members (including UKAS assured ISO registration) we operate to assured National standards of technical ability, safety, inspection, audit and training.
Fully detailed cost estimates are always provided and each project is handled by a dedicated project manager who is supported by equally dedicated technical and administration staff all of whom share the traditions and values of our family run and managed business. Being privately owned and managed also means our customers will know that much effort is put into ensuring their requirements are addressed with professionalism, courtesy and speed.
Once a project goes ‘live’ we provide the client with regular details of work progression, financial details and any other required feed-back in an effort to ensure that any changes in project requirement facilitates the smooth delivery of the project on time and within budget.
For refurbishment and enhanced replacement or improvement works typical values range from £3K up to £500K.
